Our Track Record: 2025 Impact
Juvenile Rehabilitation Pilot
The 2025 annual report recorded that 100 juvenile children and adolescents received life-skills training and mental health support.
Teacher Capacity Building Program
The organization also implemented a teacher capacity-building initiative, through which 30 teachers were trained to strengthen early childhood development capacity.
These experiences contributed to the development of the 2026 Juvenile Rehabilitation and Reintegration Program and the organization’s broader capacity-building approach. The 2026 plan explicitly describes the juvenile program as a continuation and expansion of the 2025 pilot.

1. Community Mental Health Promotion & Psychosocial Support Initiative
Description
The Community Mental Health Promotion and Psychosocial Support Initiative is implemented in collaboration with Amanuel Mental Specialized Hospital and Alenelachehu Charitable Organization. The program seeks to increase community awareness of mental health, reduce stigma, strengthen referral pathways, and improve access to psychosocial support.
Objectives

2. Ethiopia's Largest Network of TBRI-Informed Parents & Caregivers
Description
This program aims to establish a large network of trauma-informed parents and caregivers who can create safe, connected, and nurturing environments for children. The program is being developed in collaboration with All God’s Children International (AGCI).

3. Juvenile Rehabilitation & Reintegration Program
Description
The Juvenile Rehabilitation and Reintegration Program is a continuation and expansion of the organization’s 2025 Juvenile Rehabilitation Pilot Project. It provides psychosocial support, life-skills education, behavioral development, family engagement, and reintegration support for adolescents in conflict with the law.
